All bar packages are inclusive of glassware, spirits, beer, wine, a soft bar of sodas, fresh juices, mixers + garnishes, gourmet ice, all essential bar equipment,
as well as our expert coordination services.
Includes GLASSWARE + BAR STAFFING for 5 consecutive hours of the FULL BAR highlighted above + your choice of TWO Tray-Passed Signature Classic Cocktails (menu below) + Soft Bar (cola, diet cola, ginger ale, lemonlime soda, tonic, club soda), garnishes, fresh juices (orange, grapefruit, cranberry), flat and sparkling water + gourmet ice + mixing equipment + cocktail napkins + straws. Hours may be extended for an additional fee/guest. All guests 21+ must be included in this Package & Host will be charged $40/guest. All guests age 5-20 will be charged $20/guest for our Soft Bar Package. Total Final Count must be reflected on the Final Floorplan submitted no later than 14 days pre-event. Note: drinks requested by the Client(s) pre-Cocktail Hour, will be rang individually into our system (menu & pricing below) and are not covered in the Fully Hosted Package. The Fully Hosted Package will begin once your event has formally started.
Want to make a quick & easy decision on your Bar Package? This one's for you! You tell us how much you'd like to spend in advance.** A Bar Staffing Fee of $35/hour/bartender starts your tab. As drinks are ordered by either the Host and/or their guests, drinks are rang individually into our system (menu & pricing below). Once the limit the Host has set is reached, we close the tab out & the Host & their guests takes care of the payment of their own drinks from there on out - it's that simple! All events require a minimum standard 2 hour set-up + number of hours of event service + 1 hour breakdown window. Final Bar Staffing decisions will be at the sole discretion of The Homestead based on the total number of bars and service expectations of the Client.
Everyone's drinks are rang up individually & everyone pays for what they'd like to enjoy during your event! If you select the Cash Bar Package, there will be a $1,000 product minimum covered by the Event Host + Bar Staffing Fee of $35/hour/bartender. Host(s) will dictate which individuals to be on their Tab, pre-event. Drinks are rang individually into our system onto the Host Tab (menu & pricing below). All events require a minimum standard 2 hour set-up + number of hours of event service + 1 hour breakdown window. Final Bar Staffing decisions will be at the sole discretion of The Homestead based on the total number of bars and service expectations of the Client. Pre-Event drinks requested by the Host(s) will count towards the $1k product minimum.

Draft systems help ensure the integrity of beer & wine in two ways. First, kegs are made of stainless steel & are far more resistant to temperature fluctuations during transport.
Reusable stainless steel kegs reduce the waste generated by commercial packaging, saving trash from landfills and reducing The Homestead's overall carbon footprint.
Traditional wine service is a fairly time-consuming ritual. With our wine on tap system, there are no corks to fuss with so it can be quickly poured and served to your guests, helping to increase our efficiency and keeps service running smoothly- win for all!

Who doesn't love options?! Most people crave experiences and are constantly on the hunt for something new and exciting. Wine & beer on tap allows for nontraditional sized pours to easily and quickly provide your guests with a sample if they desire!

EVENT MINIMUMS** | On our "Fully Hosted" & "Flat Then Cash" Packages, our beverage services are offered at a minimum of $3,000 per event, not including sales tax, which will be charged on the total Final Invoice. If you select the "Cash Bar" Package, there will be a $1,000 product minimum covered by the Event Host + Staffing Fee of $35/hour/bartender. The $1k product minimum is not inclusive of sales tax and Bar Staffing. All events require a minimum standard 2 hour set-up + 1 hour breakdown window + number of hours of event service. Bartenders are only included in the "Fully Hosted" Bar Package. In the event any minimum is not reached during the event period, there will be no refunds issued or product released.
MIXED BEVERAGE SALES TAX | 8.25% Mixed Beverage Sales Tax is not included in the drink pricing or in any event minimums & will be added to the Guest's tab or the Host's Final Invoice.
Certain beer, wine & liquor selections are subject to availability, but we will do our best to accommodate specific requests &/or find suitable replacements.
Bartenders &/or your event emcee are required to announce “Last Call” no less than 30 minutes before the scheduled event end time.
Final staffing decisions will be made by The Homestead based on the total number of bars, the Final Guest Count & service expectations. Overtime rates apply after 8 and 12 hours.
A 50% non-refundable deposit (based on Package selected &/or anticipated guest count) is due
90-days pre-event. Host will be able to modify their Package & Final Guest Count up to 14 days prior to the event date. Changes requested within 14 days of the event may incur additional fees. Final payment will be invoiced 14 days pre-event, based on the Final Guest Count and/or Package chosen. If Host wishes to enhance their Package on the Day-Of, they are more than welcome to!
Gratuity is solely at the discretion of the Event Host & Guests (if Cash Bar). NO tip jars will be placed on the Bar(s) at any time during your event and if gratuity is given, it will be equally split between both the Bar & Serving Teams.
