RENTAL INCLUDES: Access to Venue from 10AM-Midnight on Event Day, Security Guard(s), Table & Chair Set-Up + Breakdown, Venue Clean-Up, Option to use the Venue for a 2-Hour Time Block (on an alternate day) for Bridals, Engagements, Boudoir, etc...​
WE DO NOT HAVE ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGES BECAUSE WE WANT YOU TO HIRE WHO YOU LOVE MOST & ALSO SO THERE'S FURTHER TRANSPARENCY ON WHAT YOU'RE INVESTING IN. CATERING & BAR ARE THE ONLY TWO IN-HOUSE VENDORS WE FEATURE ON-SITE & WE DO NOT HAVE A CLOSED VENDOR LIST SO YOU CAN HIRE WHO YOU WISH!
It's $1k to formally book a date & you create your own payment plan from there - final payment on rental due 90 days pre-event.
Bar Package not locked in until 7-10 days pre-event - payment not due until then, unless you wish to pay towards a Package in advance.
The Posh Affair hosts Group Tastings twice a year - they own a full, commercial kitchen on-site & we are set-up like a restraunt so everything is cooked on-site! You create your own payment plan for Catering; final guest count due 10-14 days pre-event.

There is a $1k Catering Buyout if you believe that route works best for you - The Posh Affair kitchen can only be used for prep/service.
